Christiana attended the University of British Columbia where she successfully obtained her Law Degree in 2012.
Having formerly worked as a Crown Prosecutor, Christiana has the unique ability to understand the Crown perspective when defending your case. She knows what defenses are available to you and will vigorously advocate on your behalf. Christiana has extensive experience defending all types of offences from domestic violence offences, impaired driving, and drug offences. Christiana has a special interest in protecting and defending her clients’ Charter and constitutional rights.

Christiana started her legal career with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada in 2012 and continued her role as a Crown Prosecutor until 2019. At that time she began practicing criminal defence law and most recently started family law.

Christiana has been involved in hundreds of cases throughout her legal career ranging from simple motor vehicle charges to murder cases. Although she has only recently started family law, she has helped dozens of families.

Laurie Schamber, JD

Laurie attended Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law, graduating with her JD in 2023.
Previously, Laurie worked in justice as a corrections officer, deputy sheriff, and as a Family law administrator which fuelled her passion for the law.
In her spare time, Laurie loves to spend time with her grown children, grandchildren, and her sidekick Presley the cat. You can find Laurie hiking, editing videos, podcasting, building websites, advocating for justice reform, learning Arabic, and doing anything else she finds interesting!
